On the procedure for consultations between customs authorities and declarants to determine customs value

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, the procedure of consultations between customs authorities and declarants is established to determine the customs value by the methods of the transaction value of the same goods and the transaction value of homogeneous goods. Consultations shall be held between those authorized to act as declarants and customs bodies authorized to accept customs declarations submitted for such goods.
