On reporting donation transactions

Dear Colleagues, According to the amendment to the RA Law “On Combating Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism”, starting from November 27, 2023 notaries and the authorized body that maintains the unified state cadastre of real estate will provide the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a report on donation transactions regardless of the amounts envisaged by the mentioned law.
