The new restriction on the types of activities subject to licensing carried out by foreign legal entities in the Republic of Armenia

Dear Colleagues, From December 1, 2023, the RA Law “On Licensing” has been amended, according to which, in the presence of a license obtained under the legislation of their state, foreign legal entities, among several other activities, cannot carry out activities related to nuclear materials, radioactive import, and export of materials, devices containing radioactive materials and radioactive waste.
