New administrative responsibility for violation of the water use order requirements by fish farms

Dear Colleagues, According to the amendments made to the RA Administrative Offences Code, from December 8, 2023, a penalty was enforced for fish farms using water from underground fresh water through a borehole without a closed circulation system, as well as for failure to comply with the set requirements for installation and operation of water measuring (water gauging) devices.
