Amendment to the liability for offenses in the trade and services sector

Dear Colleagues, From April 23, 2023, amendments were made to the liability measures established in cases of conducting trade or rendering services in unspecified places or violation of the requirements established by the legislation, conducting street trade without a permit, conducting retail trade without a permit. An additional administrative penalty in the form of confiscation of items used in trade or services is also established.
