Amendment to the procedure for application of liability for use of a motor vehicle without a CMTPL contract

Dear Colleagues, According to the amendment made to the RA Administrative Offences Code, starting from February 10, 2023, a person who has committed an administrative offense for using a vehicle without a CMTPL contract is exempted from the obligation to pay an administrative fine in the prescribed amount, if the authorized body (official) eliminates the signs of the offense within 24 hours from the moment of detection of the offense.
