Amendment to the regulations on the use of the cash register

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree of August 24, 2023, amendments have been made to the regulations on using the cash register. In particular, it is established that users of cash register machines, when selling goods marked with control (identification) marks, through a cash register machine or software and (or) technical means connected to the cash register machine, shall ensure the transfer of information on these control (identification) marks to a unified database of a tax authority and failure to transfer information to a unified database of a tax authority will also be considered a violation of the rules for the use of control (identification) marks.
