Amendments to the reporting procedures for accumulating strategic reserve organizations

Dear Colleagues, According to the amendments made to the RA Law “On Material Reserves”, the organizations accumulating strategic reserves should submit reports on the balances and movements of their accumulated strategic reserve goods in electronic form. In case of failure to submit the mentioned reports within the established terms and procedure from December 9, 2023, administrative responsibility has been established.
