Amendments to the procedure for recognizing debt receivable as bad

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, amendments were made to the procedure for recognizing debt receivables of income taxpayers as bad. In particular, it is established that from the date of entry into legal force of the judicial act on declaring the debtor insolvent (bankrupt) under the RA legislation, the debt receivable are recognized as bad, if they have arisen earlier and including the date of entry into force of the mentioned judicial act.
