Amendments to the visible commercial volumes of goods imported by individuals into the RA

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, starting from June 4, 2023, amendments were made to the decision on the determination of apparent commercial volumes of goods imported into the territory of the Republic of Armenia by individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs. In particular, a new approach to determining the apparent commercial volume of importation of passenger cars into the territory of RA by individuals who are not individual entrepreneurs is established.
