Amendments to organizing the procurement process

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree dated February 9, 2024, amendments were made to the procedure for organizing the procurement process. Specifically, it has been established that when purchasing construction projects, a participant no longer submits a volumetric bill of quantities completed by the participant. The participant submits their approved written certification together with the project documentation attached to the invitation, which is an integral part of the contract to be entered into.
