Amendments to the procedure for refunding the amount from a general account to a taxpayer's assignee

Dear Colleagues, According to the relevant decree of the RA SRC President, the new, amended form of the application submitted to the tax authority to refund the amounts on the joint account to the legal successor of the organization, individual entrepreneur or notary will come into force from 01.09.2023.
