Amendments to the procedure for importation of medical devices into the territory of the Republic of Armenia

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, amendments were made to the procedure for the importation of medical devices into the territory of the Republic of Armenia and to the list of necessary documents for expert examination for the importation of medical devices. The amendments specifically stipulate that when importing medical devices from the EAEU member countries to the territory of the Republic of Armenia, the importer must transfer the medical devices to its warehouse and within 3 working days apply to the authorized body for registration of import certificate of conformity, without which the importer will not be able to carry out any transaction or action related to these products.
