Amendments to the procedure for refunds from the unified account

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, starting from November 18, 2023, for branches and representative offices of non-resident organizations, the refund of amounts in the joint account may be deposited to the bank account of their founder or a person authorized by him with the consent of the other founders (if there is more than one founder).
