Amendments to the procedure for reimbursement of VAT amounts to foreign citizens

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, an amendment was made to the procedure for compensating the amounts of value-added tax included in their prices and paid in the territory of the Republic of Armenia in case of export of goods purchased by foreign citizens and stateless people located in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. In particular, certain limitations are placed on the reimbursement of these amounts. The decision entered into force on August 14, 2023.
