Dear Colleagues, On November 22, 2023 amendments were made to the RA Law "On Licensing". In particular, it is stipulated that legal entities and individual entrepreneurs included in the information system of the state register body, for which there are no entries in the unified state register, should apply to the licensing authority for recognition of licenses registered in their name in the field of urban development.
