On mercury export and import procedures

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, from September 17, 2023, the procedure for export of mercury from the Republic of Armenia and import of mercury to the Republic of Armenia are defined, according to which these operations may be carried out with the consent or license provided by the authorized body. However, these regulations do not apply to the export of mercury from the Republic of Armenia to the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as to the import of mercury from the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union to the Republic of Armenia.
