On amendments to the procedure for refunding amounts exceeding the maximum amount of social payments

Dear Colleagues, According to the amendments and supplements introduced in the joint order of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee under the RA Government and the RA Minister of Finance, starting from 01.07.2023, an amendment was introduced to the procedure of refunding to the participants of the amounts calculated and transferred (accrued) from the income to be received (obtained) from several sources, exceeding the maximum amount of social payments. The amendment refers to the bank account to which the amounts of refundable social contributions are to be transferred.
