Exemptions from the permit requirement for sensitive goods exported from the Republic of Armenia and transported in transit through the territory of the Republic of Armenia

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, an exception is established for permits issued in accordance with the procedure established by law and other legal acts arising from it for sensitive goods exported from the Republic of Armenia and transported in transit through the territory of the Republic of Armenia. In particular, the permit is not required in cases of export from the Republic of Armenia or transit transportation of goods included in the list approved by the RA Government decision, as well as goods for personal use not exceeding the obvious commercial quantities.
