On amendments to the types of activities and rates of state duty subject to notification

Dear Colleagues, Starting June 9, 2023, there are amendments to the types of activities subject to notification. In particular, several notifiable activities in agriculture and other areas of activity were no longer considered notifiable, and certain notifiable activities related to the production of alcohol-containing products were separated and defined as separate notifiable activities.
