On amendments to the technical regulation on the safety of tobacco products

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree, the amendments made to the technical regulations on the safety of tobacco products will come into force on June 26, 2024. In particular, due to the need to harmonize the legal acts of the Eurasian Economic Union and the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the requirements regarding warnings on the negative impact of tobacco products on human health were revised.
