On the procedure for recognizing waste generated as a result of recycling operations as unsuitable for commercial use

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree of August 4, 2023, the procedure for recognizing waste generated as a result of processing operations of goods imported into the Republic of Armenia as unsuitable for commercial use is established. In the case of waste found to be unsuitable for further commercial use as a result of processing, the declarant will carry out the actions provided for in this decree, and if the waste is suitable for commercial use, the latter will be subject to clearance under the appropriate customs procedures chosen by the declarant.
