On new legal regulations in the field of tourism

Dear Colleagues, From September 1, 2024, the new RA Law “On Tourism” will come into force, which defines completely new rules concerning a number of legal relations arising in the field of tourism. In particular, the activities of those providing tourism services are defined as notifiable activities, and several qualification requirements for those engaged in this field are defined.
