On the form of an application for extension of temporary importation or temporary exportation

Dear Colleagues, According to the RA Government Decree of August 17, 2023, it is determined that the customs authorities will adopt the form of declaration of goods as the basis for the application for an extension of the temporary importation or temporary exportation period. Registration or refusal to register a declaration shall be considered as decisions made by the customs authority to extend or refuse to extend, respectively.
