Clarifications

Promoting the acquisition of professional skills and experience of the Association's members and partners, the Association organizes and carries out clarification of issues that have arisen every working day during specially defined hours, and in unforeseen cases regardless of the schedule. Clarifications are provided both face-to-face and via phone calls, video calls (Skype), and email correspondence.
The experts of the Association provide answers to topical issues (legislative, policy, other), indicate possible ways of solving problems, and collect controversial provisions that have appeared in the legal practice of partners, which are analyzed and presented in the form of legislative proposals to the relevant state bodies that develop policy, as well as support the development of the accounting and tax accounting system in RA.
