On July 3, 2015, the presentation of the "Taxpayer's Guide" took place in the conference hall of the "Diamond House" hotel. The guide was published at the initiative of the Association of Accountants of Armenia, with the support of the Asian Development Bank and the USAID Tax Reform Program. The guide contains excerpts from key legal acts regulating taxpayers' activities, as well as frequently encountered practical questions and answers with references to relevant legal provisions.
Representatives of supporting organizations, members of the Association, representatives of partner organizations, and Member of Parliament Armen Karapetyan attended the event to congratulate Vahagn Hambardzumyan and the other co-authors. In addition to congratulating the authors, the participants also shared their opinions about the book. The publication of the guide was unanimously recognized as an unprecedented and timely work for the public. The co-authors, considering all the suggestions, assured that the guide would be updated annually and published at the beginning of each year as a periodic publication of the Association, made available to the public.
