On January 21, 2019, the session of the “Committee on Financial, Economic, and Budgetary Issues” of the RA Public Council was held under the chairmanship of Vazgen Safaryan, Chairman of the Committee. A “Subcommittee on Taxes, Fees, and Other Charges” was formed during the session. Vahagn Hambardzumyan, President of the Association of Accountants of Armenia, was elected as the Chairman of the subcommittee.
