On November 5, 2025, Hermine Tovmasyan, President of the Association of Accountants of Armenia, and Ella Gasparyan, Director of Ararat State College, signed a memorandum of cooperation

On November 5, Hermine Tovmasyan, President of the Association of Accountants of Armenia, Harutyun Gulyan, Council Member, Arshak Martirosyan, Director of "Business Full Services" accountancy office, as well as other members of the Association were hosted at Ararat State College.
The Association of Accountants of Armenia, represented by Association President Hermine Tovmasyan, and Ararat State College, represented by Director Ella Gasparyan, emphasizing the role of partnership and cooperation in the field of education, signed a memorandum of cooperation.
According to the memorandum, the parties will cooperate in the following directions:

• organizing internships for college students at the Association or at accounting firms that are members of the Association,
• joint organization of open lectures, seminars and professional discussions,
• providing scholarships and employment opportunities to the best students.

Also present at the signing of the memorandum from Ararat State College were Deputy Director for Organizational and Educational Affairs Azat Hakobyan and Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Susan Haykyan.
The Association President presented the Association's mission, vision, goals, key elements of corporate culture and personnel policy to students majoring in "Accounting" and related specialties, emphasizing the role of education in today's competitive market.
The discussion was filled with active Q&A, during which students voiced their questions of interest and received answers.
