It is proposed to expand the scope of cases not considered as business resumption in the RA Tax Code

On September 11, 2024, the regular meeting of the SME Development Sub-Council was held at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of  Armenia.
Within the framework of cooperation with the Investment Council of Armenia, Hasmik Harutyunyan, a Board Member of the Association of Accountants of Armenia, presented a legislative proposal aimed at expanding the scope of cases that are not considered as business resumption under the relevant article of the Tax Code.
