Online Meeting with Students of Educational Institutions in Kapan and Noyemberyan

On October 5, President of the Association of Accountants of Armenia Hermine Tovmasyan and Association member Shushanik Shushanyan held an online meeting with students of educational institutions in Kapan and Noyemberyan. From Kapan, the meeting was attended by Nune Isakyan, Acting Director of the Kapan Branch of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Lilit Yeghiazaryan, Acting Head of the Department of Engineering Economics and Management, as well as Davit Martirosyan, Director, and Heghine Ovchyan, Chief Accountant of the Association member Kapan Accounting Office and employee Nara Hambardzumyan. At Noyemberyan State College, the meeting was attended by Lilit Sarukhanyan, Head of the Department of Business Administration, Information and Communication Technologies, Inga Avagyan, Lecturer in Accounting, as well as Narine Gishyan, Director of the Association member accounting office “Proftim Accounting.” During the meeting, Hermine Tovmasyan introduced the students to the Association of Accountants of Armenia, its mission, main areas of activity and opportunities, emphasizing the importance of professional education and continuous development. The Association’s scholarship program was also presented, including the application procedure and requirements, as well as opportunities for receiving the scholarship and further professional development. The meeting provided students with an opportunity to learn about professional opportunities available in the field and to directly ask questions to the Association’s representatives. We thank the representatives of the educational institutions in Kapan and Noyemberyan and the heads of the Association member organizations for their cooperation, willingness to support the initiative, and assistance in organizing the meeting.
