On March 31, under the chairmanship of RA Minister of Economy and Chairman of the SME Development Sub-Council Gevorg Papoyan, the next session of the SME Development Sub-Council was held. Information was presented on the progress of implementation of previously discussed issues, after which discussions were held on the possibility of establishing an installment payment option for the cadastral value obligation in cases of alienation of land plots provided for the construction and servicing of public and industrial facilities. The agenda also included a number of issues related to guarantees in public procurement procedures. Also participating in the session was Gohar Parsadanyan, a member of the Board of the Association of Accountants of Armenia.
