On November 26, the 37th meeting of the SME Development Subcommittee took place under the chairmanship of Gevorg Papoyan, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia and Chairman of the SME Development Subcommittee. The meeting was also attended by Hermine Tovmasyan, President of the Association of Accountants of Armenia. The agenda included two issues:
- Regarding the possibility of using VAT debit amounts by taxpayers who have transitioned from the alternative taxation system to the main system but have not submitted a declaration to be registered as VAT payers,
- Regarding the simplification of administration related to reducing the amount of previously over-declared tax as a result of transaction adjustments.
Representatives of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia made speeches. Participants expressed their positions on the issues. Hermine Tovmasyan, President of the Association of Accountants of Armenia, also made a speech.
