BENEFICIARIES

Individual and legal entities, communities, and individual entrepreneurs who meet the financial (creditworthy) requirements of a bank or credit organization and have concluded a leasing agreement under the terms and conditions of the agricultural machinery purchase program.

CONTENT

The main objective of the project is to supply agricultural machinery on affordable terms, including through the use of leasing mechanisms, to create favorable conditions for the effective use of agricultural land and the organization of production. Leasing is provided in AMD with an annual interest rate of up to 14%, of which up to 12 percentage points are subsidized in such an amount that the annual lease interest rate payable by the lessee is 2%, and for entrepreneurs in border settlements and citizens who became disabled as a result of military service or actions during military service, the subsidy of the lease interest rate will be provided in such an amount that the annual lease interest rate payable to the lessee is 0%.

LIMITATIONS

The total amount of leasing items purchased by the same lessee within the framework of the project shall not exceed AMD 250.0 million.
