On December 28, 2022, the unscheduled Council session of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:
- Establishment of new membership and withdrawal procedures for individuals and legal entities;
- Establishment of new admission and membership fees for individuals and legal entity members;
- Establishment of new certificate forms issued to participants - individuals and legal entities.
The Council session was attended by all 15 members, with 7 present and 8 remote.
All 15 members voted unanimously in favor of all agenda issues.
