UNSCHEDULED SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL 2024-10-11

On October 11, 2024, an extraordinary session of the Council of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held to discuss the following agenda issues:

1. Provision of free consulting services to all member organizations that have been active for 10 years or more in connection with the 10th anniversary of the Association during the fourth quarter of 2024;
2. Approval of the disposal of assets exceeding 1 million AMD.

All 13 members of the Council participated in the session, with 7 present in person and 6 participating remotely.
After summarizing the agenda issues and voting unanimously in favor of all items, the Council session concluded its work.
