UNSCHEDULED SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL 2024-11-05

On November 5, 2024, an extraordinary session of the Council of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held to discuss the following agenda issues:

1. Discussion and approval of the membership applications of individual candidates seeking to join the Association;
2. Discussion and approval of the membership application of the legal entity candidate “BITUBI” LLC.

All 13 members of the Council participated in the session, with 7 present in person and 6 participating remotely.
All 13 members voted in favor of the agenda items and approved the list of 51 individuals who met the membership criteria for joining the Association, as well as the membership of “BITUBI” LLC.
