REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL 2024-01-12

On January 12, 2024, the regular Council session of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:

1. Discussion of completion of membership requirements for individuals who have applied for membership in the Association and confirmation of membership;
2. Discussion and approval of the membership termination of members of the Association;
3. Discussion and approval of the membership dismissal of the members of the Association;
4. Election of the Deputy President of the Association.

The Council session was attended by 11 members out of 15, with 7 present and 4 remote.
All 11 members voted in favor of the agenda issues and approved the list of members who met the membership criteria among the candidates who applied for membership in the Association - 59 individuals, the list of members who applied for termination of membership in the Association - 21 individuals, the list of members who were expelled from the membership of the Association - 3 individuals, as well as the candidacy of Hermine Tovmasyan, a member of the Council of the Association, for the position of Deputy President.
