UNSCHEDULED SESSION OF THE ASSOCIATION COUNCIL 2025-01-10

On January 10, 2025, the regular session of the Council of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, with the following agenda issues:

1. Discussion and approval of the membership applications of individuals seeking to join the Association;
2. Discussion and approval of the termination of membership for certain members of the Association;
3. Discussion and approval of the expulsion of certain members from the Association;
4. Approval of transactions exceeding 1,000,000 AMD (one million);
5. Determination of the membership fee amounts.

Fourteen out of the 15 Council members participated in the session, with 5 present in person and 9 participating remotely.
All 14 members voted in favor of the agenda items and approved the list of 14 individuals who met the membership criteria for joining the Association, the list of 6 individuals who requested to terminate their membership, the list of 3 individuals to be expelled from the Association, as well as the other two agenda items.
