THE FIRST CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On October 14, 2014, the first conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:

1. Discussion on the establishment of the non-governmental organization;
2. Discussion on approval of the statute of the non-governmental organization;
3. Discussion on the election of the president of the non-governmental organization;
4. Election of the Council of the non-governmental organization;
5. Discussion on the election of members of the Audit Commission.

The conference was legally qualified, the participants of which voted unanimously in favor of approving the amended regulations by open ballot.
Regional members of the association participated in the conference remotely.
