TWENTY-SECOND CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On May 22, 2024, the twenty-second extraordinary conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held. The agenda included the following issue:

1. Amendments to certain provisions of the Association’s Statute.

The conference was legally qualified, with the participants (a total of 340, including 49 present in person and 291 participating remotely) unanimously approving the amended provisions by open ballot.
Regional members of the Association also participated in the conference remotely.
