THE EIGHTEENTH CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On December 6, 2023, the eighteenth conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:

1. Early termination of powers of two members of the Association Council;
2. Election of two new members of the Association Council.

The conference was legally qualified, with 290 participants (including 37 present, and 253 remotes) voting unanimously in favor of the agenda issues by open ballot.
Regional members of the association participated in the conference remotely.
