THE EIGHTH CONFERENCE OF THE ASSOCIATION

On March 11, 2019, the eighth conference of the “Association of Accountants of Armenia” NGO (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was held, the agenda issues of which were:

1. Approval of the change of the company name of “AOA CONSULTANT” Limited Liability Company;
2. Approval of the new edition of the Statute of “AOA CONSULTANT” Limited Liability Company;
3. Approval of the new edition of the Statute.

The conference was legally qualified, the participants of which voted unanimously in favor of approving the amended regulations by open ballot. Regional members of the association participated in the conference remotely.
