The following issues will be addressed during the seminar:
Topic 1

• Justifications provided by the state regarding the adoption of the RA Law “On Non-cash Transactions” to regulate non-cash transactions According to the RA Law “On Non-cash Transactions”, what is a non-cash transaction, and what payment tools can be used to carry out a non-cash transaction?
• Which entities will be affected by the new rules for non-cash transactions?
• At what stages will the legal norms of non-cash transactions come into force and from which point will they extend to the legal relations arising?
• What is the liability for violation of legislation on the regulation of non-cash transactions?

Topic 2
Tax Code Presentation of the amendments made to the Tax Code by Law 103-N, effective from 14.05.2022, namely:

• Amendments are made to the penalties established for the violation of the mandatory requirements for the registration of transactions involving the supply or transportation of goods specified in Article 410 of the Tax Code.
• Amendments to the liability measures established for the use of cash register equipment and (or) non-compliance with the rules for cash settlements using it, as defined in Article 416 of the Tax Code.
