Graduation Event for the Training Course on "Specifics of RA Tax and Labor Legislation" On December 8, 2023, at the Elite Plaza Business Center, the graduation event for the training course on "Specifics of RA Tax and Labor Legislation" was held. This training course was specifically designed for practicing accountants forcibly displaced from Artsakh due to the war unleashed by Azerbaijan in 2023, who have since settled in the Republic of Armenia. The event also welcomed a group of beginner accountants from Artsakh, with a total of approximately 120 participants. Certificates were awarded to the graduates, nine of whom have already secured employment at the Association of Accountants of Armenia and its member accounting offices. The training course was organized gratis by the Association. The aim of publicizing this is to inform the public, including employers, that Armenia already has a substantial number of specialists equipped with knowledge in the accounting and tax sectors, and it sought to create employment opportunities for forcibly displaced Armenians from Artsakh, enabling them to secure jobs through the Association and establish their lives in Armenia.
