On amendments made to the sphere of passenger transportation by passenger cars-taxis

Dear Colleagues, Starting from September 1, 2024, amendments to the RA Law “On Road Transport” will come into force, which concern the implementation of irregular passenger transportation by passenger cars. In particular, irregular passenger transportation by passenger cars by individuals will be allowed only through the electronic platform of the passenger transportation service, and to carry out passenger transportation by passenger cars-taxi organizations, individual entrepreneurs or individuals must connect to the electronic system of the tax authority and provide the client for each order payment of electronic control of cash electronic check. The latter can also carry out passenger transportation by passenger cars-taxi through the electronic platform of the passenger transportation service.
