Changes in legislative norms concerning civilian and service weapons

Dear Colleagues, As of February 15, 2024, new legal provisions establishing deadlines for issuing permits to collect civilian and service weapons went into force. At the same time, according to the amendments made to the RA Administrative Offences Code, from February 15, 2024, new amounts of penalties are established for violation of mandatory requirements or conditions of production of civil and service weapons, for the acquisition of the main components of firearms, bullets, as well as for violation of the conditions of their use.
