On November 8, 2017, the regular session of the Social Council of Revenue Administration Reforms State Revenue Committee was held, during which the council presented and discussed the RA draft law “On Making Amendments and Supplements to the Tax Code”. 15 out of 19 recommendations submitted by Vahagn Hambardzumyan, President of the Association of Accountants of Armenia, have already been adopted and edited in the draft law. During the session, Vahagn Hambardzumyan presented 7 more problematic issues. There were also several recommendations from representatives of other state agencies. By the instructions of the President of the RA SRC, a working group was set up to discuss all recommendations and issues within a reasonable period of time and submit the final amended version of the draft law with appropriate amendments.
