On July 26, 2021, the regular session of the sub-council for the development of small and medium enterprises was held at the RA Ministry of Economy under the chairmanship of the RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan. Tigran Shahbazyan, Deputy President of the Association of Accountants of Armenia, also participated in the session.
The following issues were included in the agenda of the session:

• Restoration of property rights (repayment of debts);
• Timely notice;
• Registration of beneficiaries as employees;
• Ban on products of Turkish origin;
• Tightening of the administration of the SRC;
• State tools for business support;
• Necessity for a business mediator;
• Necessity of factoring development.

Periodic meetings of the sub-council are aimed at developing and implementing SME sector development programs, raising problems encountered by the sector, and proposing solutions to these problems.
