On November 25, 2021, a session of the Social Council of Revenue Administration Reforms of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia was held

On November 25, 2021, under the chairmanship of Rustam Badasyan, President of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, a session of the Social Council of Revenue Administration Reforms of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia was held, which was also attended by Tigran Shahbazyan, Deputy President of the Association of Accountants of Armenia.
The following issues were included in the agenda of the session:

• RA Draft Law “On Making Amendments and Supplements to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia” (electronic notice, case study);
• RA Draft Law “On Making Amendments and Supplements to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia” (Transfer Pricing);
• RA Draft Law “On Making Amendments to the RA Law “On Bank Secrecy”;
• RA Draft Law “On Making Amendments to the RA Administrative Offenses Code” (Article 169.1(2) of the Code, supplement to Table 8 of income tax calculation).
