Association of Accountants of Armenia Board Member Gohar Parsadanyan and Member Armenuhi Ghazaryan participated in an online meeting organized by the Investment Council of Armenia

On January 21, Association of Accountants of Armenia Board Member Gohar Parsadanyan and Member Armenuhi Ghazaryan participated in an online meeting organized by the Investment Council of Armenia, during which participants discussed several legislative draft bills sent by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia on the following topics:

• New regulations on promotions and discounts,
• New definitions of misleading and comparative advertising in the Law "On Advertising",
• Amendments to the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection", which include new regulations on product conformity, warranties, pre-contractual information, distance selling, and relevance of terms.

The Association will continue to actively participate in such discussions, contributing to the improvement of the business environment and the collaborative resolution of sectoral issues.
